Health unit issues second rabies advisory

For the second time this month, there’s a rabies advisory from the Sudbury and District Health Unit.  Rabies is growing in Southern Ontario and the concern is the disease could hit Northern Ontario.  As of July 6th, there were 141 cases of racoon rabies in Ontario, and that’s up from 61 incidents in May.  Most of the cases are in the Hamilton area.
