Vehicle owners are being reminded to remove their studded tires. In 2014, the studded tire season in Northern Ontario was extended to run from September 1st to May 31st. Officers throughout the region continue to see vehicles driving around with studded tire on and remind motorists that the fine for driving with studded tires when prohibited is $110.00.
