A North Bay man faces a charge of domestic violence after dispute turned violent. North Bay Police Services are investigating an incident of domestic violence that took place around 8:20pm Friday night outside when a 45-year-old man threw a lawnmower at his female partner. The victim was uninjured. Police have charged the man with one count of assault with a weapon and he was released from custody until July 26th when he will face that charge in court. The name of the accused is being withheld to protect the identity of the victim.
