An 11-kilometre stretch of Highway 69 is about to open as a four lane highway. This is the latest opening as the province continues to four-lane the 69 south of Sudbury. The section of new pavement is between Highway 64 and French River. Soon, work will begin on four-laning the 69 between Highways 522 and 607.
