A Sudbury police officer has caught the same man he stopped last year for stunt driving on the same roadway. Last September the man was clocked at 138 kilometres an hour on Municipal Road 80 where the speed drops to 60 kilometres an hour.
On Wednesday, the cop stopped a Subaru doing 116 kilometres an hour in the same area and recognized the man as the driver he stopped last year. In addition to the speeding charge, the man’s car was again impounded for seven days and he’s also lost his license again for a week.
