The North Bay-Parry Sound District Health Unit will collect its own private water samples until the postal dispute is resolved. The health unit says recent samples sent to it were delayed because the threat of mail being disrupted increased shipment volumes. The health unit will contact the affected people about submitting another water sample.
Meanwhile, the health unit will collect private samples in North Bay on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:30am to 3:00pm, Burk’s Falls on Mondays from 7:30am to noon and in West Nipissing, collections will be every Wednesday from 8:30am to 2:00pm.
