A generating station near Cobalt is operating again after a fire resulted in about $250,000 in damage. The fire is the result of insulators on hydro poles being damaged by bullets. Without the insulators working properly, the poles caught fire putting the generating station out of commission until it was repaired. The OPP detachment in Temiskaming says the insulators were damaged between last October and last month. Crime Stoppers will pay up to $2,000 for information on the crime.
