Nickel Belt MPP France Gelinas is adding her voice to NDP demands to rid the Grassy Narrows First Nation of mercury contamination. The English-Wabigoon River has been contaminated with mercury for more than 40 years. Gelinas says the Liberals keep making excuses for why mercury is still in the water. She says if they stopped with the excuses, the river would have been cleaned up years ago.
