Memorial Gardens to see upgrades

There will be a different look to Memorial Gardens in the coming weeks. City Council has approved a renovation project to the Club Lounge on the second floor. This will allow the area to become more multi-functional to host meetings, seminars or parties. Chair of Community Services Mark King says the other part of the project is to upgrade the north end wall.   King says there are plans to bring shows and concerts to the Gardens and this will enhance that aspect. The project will cost $160,000.
