High winds knocked out power in the Sturgeon Falls and River Vally areas for several hours on Monday night.
Hydro One crews were able to restore power to most residents by midnight.
It was the first official night of the summer which produced a rare Strawberry Full Moon.
Due to the power outage many residents got to enjoy the sighting with no ground lights to block out the full effect.
