Nipissing MPP Vic Fedeli says the Wynne Liberals have been caught again. Fedeli says now it’s their refusal to give the Financial Accountability Officer documents that he uses to confirm the claims they make. Although the Liberals say it’s the bureaucrats and not them that won’t hand over the documents, Fedeli says the FAO isn’t buying it. Fedeli says the FAO has accused the Liberals of political direction to the bureaucrats to withhold information.
Fedeli says the FAO is a man of integrity, honesty and very thorough. He says he must have strong evidence to make such an accusation adding the Progressive Conservatives believe him. Fedeli also says bureaucrats have no reason to withhold documents. The FAO says by not giving him the documents, the Liberals are blocking his effort to confirm Liberal claims as well as the effort of the Opposition Parties.
