It’s going to be a busy time at Goulard Park in Sturgeon Falls next week. That’s because West Nipissing is hosting a major public works conference for numerous municipalities. And Mayor Joanne Savage is expecting big numbers, anywhere from two to three thousand delegates. Savage says with that many people hitting the municipality all at once, it should bode well from an economic standpoint. The conference runs June 1st and 2nd.
