Conservative candidate says job creation starts with education

When it comes to job creation in Nickel Belt, the Tory running for the federal seat says the school system is a good place to start.

Aino Laamanen says our colleges, like Cambrian College in Sudbury, have programs that train students for future jobs. Laamanen says we need to focus on offering programs that will prepare students for industries that need workers.

Also running in Nickel Belt are the incumbent, New Democrat Claude Gravelle, Green candidate Stuart McCall, David Starbuck of the Marxist-Leninist Party and Marc Serre who is representing the Liberals.
