West Nipissing is getting ready to put a welcome sign up in Lavigne. A public meeting is planned for August 30th to see what residents want the sign to look like. Welcome signs are already up in River Valley, Verner, Field and Cache Bay. Mayor Joanne Savage says the public consultation meeting takes place at the Lavigne Community Centre.
