Gilles Bisson, the MPP for Timiskaming – James Bay, understands why Ontarians are frustrated by the Wynne government. Bisson says thanks to the action of high-profile Liberals, the Premier has to go to court to address their actions. Bisson was reacting to Kathleen Wynne confirming that she will testify at the Sudbury bribery trial of two Liberals. The New Democrat says people need a government that’s focused on the issues and not one that keeps defending itself because it gets caught up in scandals. Bisson says for the Liberals it’s become all about the party and their friends. Meanwhile it’s been learned that since first confirming she’ll testify at the trial, there’s now word Wynne will appear on behalf of the prosecution.
