A Mattawa man has won $75,000 with Instant Roulette. Robert Thibert bought three Instant Roulette tickets and won the 75 G’s while scratching the final ticket. Thibert says it took a while for the win to sink in. Even after he ran it through the store’s ticket checker, Thibert didn’t believe he’d won until the clerk validated his ticket. OLG says the win comes at a time when Thibert is battling cancer. Thibert is buying a new truck and fishing boat so that he can enjoy his time and adds he knows he’ll beat the cancer.
