The Rock n’ Ribs Music and Ribs Festival is just about here. As the organizing committee applies the final touches, spokesman Marc Roberge says there are some don’ts the public needs to keep in mind like no weapons being brought onto the grounds and no fighting. Also no backpacks, food or pets are allowed on the grounds. Roberge says it’s not that the committee doesn’t like dogs but rather it’s because some people are scared of dogs. The festival gets underway Saturday morning at the Minnehaha Bay Municipal Marina and Roberge says there will be plenty of security.
