West Nipissing police have laid charges after groceries were stolen from a business in Sturgeon Falls. Police say a woman left the store with a shopping cart full of goods without paying for them. She then got into a car and drove off with a man. Police identified the man, who is from North Bay, and police have laid charges in the case.
