It was almost like a scene out of the movies.  West Nipissing police have charged a 60-year-old River Valley man with dangerous driving after chasing a young boy with his truck.   Inspector Ray St. Pierre says the youngster was walking on a local street when a pick-up truck came up behind him and forced him off the road.   St. Pierre says the incident escalated with the boy running onto railroad tracks and the truck right behind him.  The boy began yelling for help when he saw people working on a playground.  The workers recognized the driver and called police who made an arrest.
