West Nipissing Police were called about a break-in in progress in the Allan Court area earlier this week. Inspector Ray St. Pierre says one man dropped off some money at a friend’s house, but after that things got messy.
When police arrived, they stopped a vehicle that was trying to leave and after talking to the driver they learned he had left some money at a friend’s house. St. Pierre says when the man went to collect his money, he wasn’t allowed in but after the altercation neither guy wanted any further police action.
