The West Nipissing Chamber of Commerce is explaining why three categories are missing from the business awards gala next year. The non-profit organization was removed from contention because the chamber wants to focus on the private sector. The other two categories were actually removed in 2013 and both for the same reason. The chamber removed the Young Entrepreneur of the Year and Green Economy listings because it wasn’t getting enough nominations. The awards gala is March 25th.
