The District of Nipissing Social Services Administration Board is looking for people who work tirelessly at helping others not as fortunate. For the next five weeks, the public can nominate people to receive the board’s Community Enrichment Award. Nominations are being accepted for Lifetime Achievement, Leadership and Community Contribution. Eligible people need to be a volunteer in social services or a professional in the same field. Go to the board’s website for nomination forms and the deadline to submit names is January 6th.
